The downtown Y is about the best fitness club value you can get in Denver - especially if you work downtown and use the Central around work hours,
and then have another Y close to where you live, which gives you a double membership. There is enough cardio, fitness equipment and free weights to go around, even a peak lunch hour. Classes for everything from aerobics to yoga are available. No pool ...
