The staff at the Y are just fantastic! I love the sports programs and as this is my 3rd child participating in these programs all I can say is they are the best. A GREAT influence.

Great workout for the kids

This place is someplace the whole family can get something out of. For younger kids they have outdoor swimming and different athletic teams that they can join. For adults they have a great gym where you can work out if you like the free style thing or you can request a trainer to kinda give you some tips a guidelines, or you can also join some of the class that are directed daily, for example...

Our kiddos had great experiences playing YMCA sports in another state, so when we moved here we looked nowhere else but the Y for sports. So far, it's been very hit and miss. It seems that most of the soccer teams are already established (you can request to sign up for a particular coach's team).
