I had to be picked up from my work place and after 30min of waiting I called the company and they told me that the cab could not come right now without even apologizing or giving me a time at which it would be available. They are very rude on the phone and they have absolutely no respect for the customer

Called this company and dispatcher was rude and short on the phone. I asked for and estimated time of arrival and he told me ten mins I called back after thirty min and and asked him what's going...
