The cab NEVER showed up! I had to take the bus, which made me 1 hour and a half late to my engagement. I called numerous times. The firt time, the operator told me that the cab was 1/2 a mile away, 10 minutes later the second operator told me that someone was LOOKING at my order and trying to decide whether they would take it or not. I have traveled extensively and always find that Yellow Cabs are the most reliable cab companies in most USA cities. Too many smaller companies do not take AmEx and don't seem to be dispatched as professionally and quickly. Seem to have newer cabs also.
