We delivered our wheel at the end of April to be fixed, and they said they wold call when it was ready......we never received a call. We called and they said our wheel had been ready for a while...well? When I arrived to pick the wheel up, I couldn't find my yellow slip, and they were not very helpful in trying to help me find my wheel. They being tire & wheel people managed to mount my tire... more

This specialty shop is not special by any means. They pick over the price for everything and at the end of the day, try to find ways to charge you more for the simple service you may ask of them. I had a list of 9 shops to call and get quotes for on refinishing my aftermarket wheels. The guy answered the phone by saying "Hello?" So I asked him is this Ye Ole Wheel Shop? He sounded frustrated and said yes.......
