New owners bring new ideas and the place has undergone a subtle upgrade without spoiling the atmosphere. Huge new flat screen TV's show live sports games, especially the soccer and rugby games we all love. Nothing better that a good English breakfast and a game of footy and this place serves the best! I hate the over-polished crass commercialism of Third Street. So when you have to be in the neighborhood, check this place out instead. They offer a fine selection of authentic pub fare, which is excellent for those not on Atkins or whatever other fad is being kicked around ten feet outside the pub doors.
