At long last, Indian food has come to downtown Houston. The short, hopscotching menu, which does not wimp out on chile heat, yields some startlingly good dishes; take chef Amar Singh's vibrant Goan shrimp curry. Heard about this place from a couple who got the train from where I attend school. Always been in the area to drink at Flying Saucer and never knew an Indian resturant existed.
Wine was gawdful (very acidic) & the waiter claim it was "okay" (Are you out of your mind?!). The appetizer was so-so. I forgot what they were called but small pies with yogart (very bland).

I am a Brit living in Texas and have had difficulty in finding a truely good curry until I visited Yatra with 9 of my girlfriends recently. The currys were without doubt the best I have tasted here and I cannot rave enough about them. Just try it, you wont be disappointed.
