Wish I could give 0 stars. Great food, HORRIBLE customer service. Have been twice and had horrible service both times. Waited forever for order to be taken, ordered one thing and got another but never got to correct it because the server never came back to the table except to drop the check, ordered coffee and had to remind server of that and still didn't get it until check came and was charged...
I've been there before and it was really tasty. The waiter was friendly and fast. But over the weekend my husband and I went and we will never return. We waited 45 minutes and watched multiple tables empty before the host decided to seat the guests. Then when it was our turn to be seated, he told us we had to sit outside in the sun or wait longer for a table inside when there was open seating....
Place has horrible time management. When we first came in no one greeted us, just a small sign to check-in. After awhile someone informed us it would be a 45 min wait. By 45 mins there were still several parties ahead of us and the who were sat were still waiting for their food. these are definitely signs of mismanagement. good concept for restaurant and food looked good but if there is no time...
