Customer service was good for us. We bought 2 loads of bulk dirt and only needed 1, so when we came back for the second load, we were able to 'exchange' it for another bulk product with some minor price jockeying.

Yesterday I bought rock at Yard'n Garden. The guy loading it dented and scratched a section of paint on my cab down to the metal. I called to talk to the manager, who rudely said, "Could you not read our sign that say we are not responsible for damage? I don't know what you expect me to do, but we are not responsible". Thanks, guy!!!
