The staff went above and beyond with all my requests. I asked for a specific scent and it is "retired", but they offered to help research it and low and behold they found it and were able to ship it to me, I was so happy :) They also honored a coupon I had, no questions asked....I was thrilled with their service. Highly recommended.....

This is a review for the staff and service provided. We were greeted with 2 employees that are very friendly and approachable. One of the staff even gave me tips to mix and match my tartlets to create new scent! To the person above wo complains about the cacophony of scent, I'd like to remind reviewers that we are reviewing Yankee Candle, a SCENTED candle store.

I work in the mall so I often find myself wandering in here to look around. I like taking advantage of the sales because I get to try scents that I might otherwise overlook. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgable. Always a pleasant experience when I come in!

I wasn't always a candle man, but after I had been gifted candles a few times I have found A. it really brightens up your house (IF you choose the right candle ... not of that "freshly cut grass crap") and B. makes a great gift for people. You can never go wrong with a candle. But be warned that you can go wrong …
