IF you can get past his receptionists who speak broken english and are rude and have no people skills whatsoever, you will like the doctor himself. But the girls up front who book appointments and answer the phones are dang near impossible to understand. You will repeat yourself CONSTANTLY until you want to scream.

Dr. Justin Chan is great. He listens to me and explains things to me. My problem is with the nurse that assists him. She's nice but she's so rushed. You have to make sure that Dr. Chan tells her about the needed referral(s) before you even go out of the room. Otherwise, it's impossible to get a hold of her. She's like the roadrunner, beep beep, and I'm the coyote. I called earlier for referral,...

My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning.
