No pressure, quick, easy and very helpful service when picking out our floor. Install set up quick and easy and the guys who installed were fantastic, courteous and professional! Floor looks wonderful and a very competitive price too.

Horrible. My flooring came off after a year and when I called them, they refused to come and take a look even though I showed them a receipt. They said a receipt was not sufficient to prove that they had done this job for me. Stay away from them! I had to hire someone else to fix the crappy job they did.

Horrible! They installed my floor and they buckled within a year. I tried to get them to come back to fix it but they said I require the contract which they never gave me. They only had an estimate but they would not accept that or the receipt of my payment that they had emailed to me. THEY DO A FAST AND HORRIBLE JOB DO NOT HIRE THEM. I've never had a hardwood floor buckle on me before.

I really like their oak floors! Very beautiful!!!!! It makes my house brighter and bring more warm feeling! I would like to give them an A on their floors!
