I recently became a member and am really regretting my decision. The staff: One word: RUDE. When you walk in there's no greeting. You are supposed to scan your tag, the scanner is never there....

Extremly dirty and smelly. The carpet needs to be replaced or at least cleaned. The bathrooms have urine on and around the actual toilet bowl.
