The 2007 CBR was dropped off to on 2/2008. The work expected to be done was a custom paint job with graphics, Chrome extended swing arm, chrome rear sets, chrome calibers, chrome factory rotors, steal braided lines, chrome factory triple tree, chrome levers, chrome gas tank lid, chrome rims and hub. It was told to me by Will and his partner that the bike would be finished in a month in and half. It has been 6 months since the bike has been given to Xotic Street Kustomz to be worked on.
But, what concerns me the most is that you have not returned any of my calls. I have made several attempts to contact you in reference to what is currently being done to complete work on my bike. I have left your establishment several voice messages and I have also left Will the owner, several messages on his personal voicemail. Your phone lines don‘t have an answer machine and your company email and web site no longer exist. In my most recent attempts to contact your company, your assistant and mechanic all have answered with a response that Will would call you back and I still have not received a response. I feel that 6 months has been more than enough time to complete the work. You have not returned any of my attempts to contact you.
I am not satisfied with your company and do not feel that your not completing the work in a professional manor. Currently having an attorney resolve the issue to get my bike back.
COnt...7/19/08. xotic had made arrangements with my attorney to exchange the bike today and when the police and I went today they never open their business doors. Because the never completed my bike.We waited from 9am-11:30 am in front of their business. Its ashame that the couldn't man up to their responsablities. Will proceed with legal action towards them now. Don't get suckered like I did. They have my money,bike,helmet, and exhaust.
