Good size rooms, good location, the biggest issue was the parking price that I think its a little overpriced for hosts, the rest we didn't had any problem. Was really cold when we arrived there and the rooms and hotel were very cozy.

Everything was great! The staff even helped us save money for the additional night stay we ended up needing to add to our trip. We had two rooms, so those savings turned into 85$. Now that's real customer service! Also, the beds were extremely comfortable:)

Our hotel was in great walking distance to restaurants, local bars and the historic distance. It is only about a block away from the visitors center where you can get tours, and city information. We found Dennis the doorman especially helpful with finding places to eat, coffee and directions and taxi's. He was great! It was very easy to get...

Decent property close to Indepence Mall

I have stayed twice in last few months at this hotel when visiting downtown Philly. It has parking garage and the lobby and facilities definitely upgraded since it use to be nasty old Holiday Inn. Rooms have all been renovated. Good fitness room. Nice bar and cafe area. Overall good value when visiting Old Towne area!
