You could get lost in here, but the staff is quick to point a confused guest in the right direction. Just remember which tower you're staying in! Maryland's largest hotel, the Wyndham is a popular place for conventions. Rooms in the two towers are set up with the business traveler in mind. people were great. i left a jacket in the room and when i called to check lost and found - they had it and offered to send it to my home DHL and it arrived the next day. Gineene(probably mispelled) was the person in charge of lost and found - terrific service. thanks
We stayed at this resort in Sept. 2008 for a weekend of family fun. I own a travel agency, so went into this fully expecting a 3-4 star hotel (nothing fancy but pleasant).
