Location\n\nMy sister arrived first and accepted the room. It was in the middle of renovation. There was a gaping whole over the sink and all the back facing in the bathroom had already been removed. Not really fit for habitation. Bad managerial call to let out room.

During my stay I had to contact the front desk twice both times for concerns with their non regulation of the pool area. The first time their were at least 10 kids 3 to 5 years of age in and out of the hot tub the noise was out of control. People were eating and drinking in the pool area. The second time I had to contact the front desk I had to contact the Buffalo Grove police department...

Nice hotel close to shopping center

The staff were nice. The room was very clean! It has plenty of space to stay in for a group of 5 adults. The only reason it's not a 5 star is the smell of smoke/cigarettes in the opposite hallway that we were staying in. Other than that, we thought the hotel was worth what we paid for.
