I went into WOW tinton falls back in May to cancel my membership. I was told I would be charged for June due to not giving enough time for cancelation which was fine. I signed the cancellation paperwork and thought that would be it. But THEN I was charged for July. I called, they apologized and said I would be refunded...I was never given and refund and then CHARGED AGAIN for August! This is...

My husband and daughter are members- I was going to join, too but NOT NOW. My husband was billed and money subtracted from his bank account for 2 months of training sessions when he did not have a trainer. They are arguing with him about returning more than $500.00 when his trainer had left 2 months prior, yet they never assigned him another trainer, and still took the money. INCREDIBLE!
