I have lived here almost 2 years now and I really enjoy it. Everyone is very friendly and polite. It is a safe place, I have never had issues with anyone here. It is quiet, I never really hear my neighbors unless they are on their balcony. I have had a few issues with water/plumbing, but nothing too serious. The issues were resolved in a timely fashion. After living in numerous apartments over the years, this one ranks among the top of the list for value, convenience to shopping and freeway access. My one bedroom is the largest I've found.
