This is the worst bank EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst customer service, worst communication, I will NEVER do business here again. They "never received payment" until they looked on the woman's desk (she was on vacation) and my check was there but still put on my credit report that I made a late payment even though it was on time. They changed their mailing address and failed to notify me so...

In Webster's Dictionary under the word, EXCELLENT: there is a group picture of the WCU STAFF.
