First: they have a real credit card machine, but it doesn't print a receipt. That's why they use the old school carbon paper.

Second: staff was nice enough to me. I can see where there could be a problem for people who don't treat the staff well. They'll give the doc a hard time, so they won't be afraid to do the same to you.

I just wanted to say that I had a good experience at my visit. The Doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. I read the review about the front desk staff, but I'd already made my appointment. I agree, they're not super-friendly or very helpful. But I went in to see the Doctor, not the front desk ladies. I'll go again - he's worth it.
