They have no interest in maintaining a customer, unless that customer remains stuck in a contract wrought with clauses voiding their liability. If I could give zero stars I would. This company installed an AC unit in my home this past fall. The unit went unused through the winter and when it was turned on this summer did not work at all. The service is excellent, service and sales reps are incredibly friendly, answer all questions, easy to talk to. Delivery is always prompt and timely, I have absolutely no qualms when it comes to service. Price? Now that's another story. They are consistently 30-40 cents higher than competitors in the area, twice they delivered this year, and both times were exactly one cent under the "max"...
