Poor finish on custom made furniture. Had to have someone come remove a big fat human hand print in the top varnish of a table. Large runs that can be felt with your hands in varnish under chair...

We have a long history with this business and find the furniture to be very well made. But recent experience with a salesman was less than satisfactory. Promised time frame for delivery was not accurate and I was making all the calls to find out what was happening. I was left with a big event and no dining table.
