I have lived at Woodland Ridge for 7 months. It is overall pretty good.
The ups:
Walking distance to Lake Michigan
It feels safe (background checks on residents)
Maintenance is fast
Apartments are clean
Office staff is friendly
A good place for families

The downs:
Tons of little kids
The kids are loud
The kids want to talk to you when you are walking your unruly dog
It is pricey

After my divorce I needed a safe place for my son and me. This place is safe, cute, close to local shopping and attractions. Whether I want to spend time in Grand Haven, Spring Lake or Muskegon.
