I have been living in this apartment complex for about a year. Everything about this good, except that there is a robbery almost a month. the gated community thing is a joke if you are in Phase-1 since it is open every day 8 to 6 since the office is located there. As I am writing this review, there is a notice on the door stating there has been a robbery and asking residents to provide...

I have a two bedroom apartment and my eletric bill has been averaging 250 dollars a month they are tryna say nothing is wrong with it but my bill says the average temp in house is 86 degrees how can you tell me there is nothing wrong with a house that is 86 degrees and 250 for a 2 bedroom i would not recommend them to anyone if i were you try and find someone who was built in late 90"s or early...

Electronics have been stolen from my car. As it's a gated complex, it was probably someone living there. Car alarms go off all the time; at least once an hour. Maintenance leaves air filters and expects you to put them in. Too expensive. Not the best.
