I used to work for them in Pennsylvania...not only did they give absolutely NO training, they hired a HORRIBLE manager for my location who was more excited about the McDonalds in the store than helping the retail bankers (and she wonders why she gained twenty pounds), their benefits were absoultely awful, and some of the employees shared PRIVATE information with their friends about customers...

Dude if you dont owe them money you coulda handled it with a simple call. Or request ur bank statement and see where u messed up. I had money missin from my account and they fixed it before the end of the day! Dude was just broke and tried to pull a fast one. And u only pay to cash a check if u aint got an account wit them.

Woodforest National Bank doesn't have the most locations of traditional branches, but it does have a few retail branches with Wal-Mart. The hours are good if you have to make a deposit up until 8pm at night during the week up through Saturday. And you can deposit on Sundays. Right now, they have a good CD available.
