Have the truck clean and ready for the next customer. I had a reservation at 0900 and had to wait for them to finish cleaning the truck. It was all oily and greasy inside and they didnt clean the ramp, when I pulled it out it was greasy, slick and had broken glass all over it. The guy was polite and kept apologizing for the wait. They have a forecast as to when a rental is due to be picked...

Truck was dirty in the cab. It came with a quarter tank of gas, how do you refill to a quarter tank?
