Politicians, Capitol Hill locals and downtown office workers make up the bulk of the lunch and dinner crowds. The Wolfeman earns his smoking crown with meaty spears that are dense with hickory smoked flavor and moist meat that slides off the bone. Sauce is optional with bones this good, so rib paints are on the side. The smoked tofu is an option for vegetarians.

Great smokey taste, the barbeque sauce was yummy. The ribs were okay. A bit fatty but overall pretty good. The sauce surely made them better! As noted by other reviewers, the bread is really good. The atmosphere was good for a small business, there were all kinds of awards on the wall, and so we were expecting great food. The meat was dry, I mean DRY, like it was cooked in the oven. The meat did not taste smoked or really taste like... more
