Terrible! The food was absolutely terrible! Not healthy at all! I'm diabetic and the nurses gave me my meds with applesause! They made my bloodsugar go through the roof by giving me foods I shouldn't have! And they wouldn't respect my wishes for the right foods and not their wrong ones! I will never refer anyone there!

The food is horrible too high in sugar for a diabetic patient! My poor mother was never even given a salad even once during her 2 week stay! Always sending back white bread and white pasta meals! Not acceptable for someone with diabetes! Woburn Nursing Center needs a better nutritionist and more education for diabetic patients! She wasn't the only person to complain! And now that she's back...
