Help us make it rightThis place is ridiculous! One doctor working, very slow, doesnt understand customers conerns or needs. Get this if you make an appointment like I did, you wont be seen by the doctor for atleast 1 hour to 1 hour in half. Dont these people know that you have a life? Shouldnt the customer be treated as a person in need of care, the type of care that should be given quickly by the doctor.
I have a seventeen year old, a eighteen year old and myself. I see doctor Asher never had any problems getting referrels. So far my daughter and son have had to go to orthopedics and therapy. My son even had knee surgery. I highly reccomend wixom clinic. When it comes to little ones I have know ideal about that.
At this office the wait time is 2-4 hours,expect billing errors, it's impossible to get a referral even when the doctor doesn't know what is wrong,several doctors speak hard to understand english. I took my daughter here and she's one year old, instead of doing a simple skin test to find out what kind of rash she had, they just assumed that it was tinea versicolor and chemically burned her skin for two weeks and yet I still have not gotten the refferal that I was promised. It turned out that she had ezema and this cream only was hurting her, their suggestion try something stronger. I have three daughters two had ear infections and I thought they could check the third so I wouldn't have to spend another 4 hours waiting and they couldn't see any logic in that. Instead they yelled at me and told me I have the problem I want them to see something that isn't there. All I have to say is why not check, but you know at this office the philosophy is rather sorry than safe. The main one's to stay away from are Dr. Chitra Asher, Dr. Schwartz, Dr. Khaneja Sharrow( she won't give you a referall until your infection is so bad that you need surgery), and of course any of the one's wearing blue scrubs I think they are actually the floor cleaning crew they just sub in for the doctors so they don't have to close the place on the weekends. Either way if you go to this office good luck if your alive to tell about it.
