To make a long story short, they tried to sell me a used battery and an extended bootleg battery for $116.00. The regular battery was scratched and the metal contacts showed severe usage. Then they came with a new battery but it was not a sprint battery. I actually ordered the same one off Amazon for $6 (for two of them but they only lasted 5 months!) and they tried to charge me $40 for it! The extended battery on the sprint website is listed for $55 but they tried to charge me $70 (you can get the same exact battery for $10 on Amazon.) Be warned! Just because this is a sprint store, some of the accessories they sell are not original Sprint products! Know what your buying before you spend your money in this particular store!!!!
