Managed by Parker Real estate Management - BEWARE!!!! These people WILL rip you off when you move out. But lets start at the beginning, First they will take their time to respond to any and all maintenance issues you have, and then proceed to tell you that YOU broke it....They never call back and don't respond to emails either. And like I said on move out they will rip you off. They claim bogus HEAVY TRAFFIC and stains on carpets for 2 people and with evidence that stains were there on move IN. They will also then dirty up the place when they do the carpets to charge you extra fees for...
