I used a gift certificate from Babe Bingo for a free manicure my first time at the school. I have since been back for another manicure, eyebrow wax (its only $7! and they are gooood! better than paying $14 and have a professional ruin my arch), AND a haircut with some conditioning treatment thing. I recommend Winonahs Salon and Cosmetology School.

OMG GOD! I Have to warn warn your parents that are seeking to send their kids in order to obtain their cosmetology lic. My daughter endured 11 months of pure h*$$ going to school there. There was numerous students who actually did drugs on the premises. This shouldnt be surprising since the owner ( I believe there is a new owner now...her sister) did drugs as well.
