Customer service was horrible, the wait for the food was more than what they said and wasn't satisfying.

Drink machine was out and they did not notify customers. Went to ask for a refund with a combo since unable to get drinks and was not provided by manager. Manager showed no care to us as customers and made no attempt to correct the issue. In addition a 12order with fries time for completion is now at 30min and we still do not have our order.

This is the worst location I've been to for a very long time. The kitchen floor is filthy, the dining area is gross and the ladies at the cashier are unfriendly and the orders are always late. Orders are incomplete and incorrect. The manager needs to work on hiring more competent and friendlier staff.

Terrible customer service at the counter. The cashier was not friendly at all, she barely made eye contact, and was so short with me it was borderline rude.
I watched the cook bag up my food and place it up front. The lady at the counter looked at the ticket and moved my bag up to the top shelf to wait with other pickup orders. Finally the cook noticed it was still up there and called out my...
