We used Wings Van Lines to move from FL to WA and had to wait a month for our items to be dispatched to ship and when we finally got our items we were missing 7 boxes. We called them immediately to see if the boxes are on the truck or still in storage we never got a straight answer and almost a year later we still don't have our 7 boxes of belongings. This was my worst moving experience ever. They were late showing up on our pick up day and wanted to charge us extra for everything. They broke a lot of things and then when it came time for delivery they were 8 hours late - with no apology!
