Here is a Doctor that cares for his patients. He always listens when you have a question...even the silliest of questions. Dr. Wingo will always give you the time you need to ask all the questions in the world. I never felt like he thought I was waisting his time. Even my husband thinks that this man walks on water. When I moved here 10 years ago, my mother-in-law recommended Dr. Carl to me. He is the OB/GYN for all of the women in my husband's family and we always recommend him to our female friends if they decide to shop around for a new doc.
