Best carpet cleaning company I have used in Chicago. You pay what is quoted...no last minute extras. The carpet looks great and it was really dirty. Brian, the owner is wonderful to work with. He really knows his business. They showed when they said they would be at my house and took the amount of time they said for the job I described.

I had a last minute problem and Windy City came to my rescue. I had to have someone clean the carpets for my tenant and I only had one day to do it. Windy City sent someone wonderful to clean the carpets, they stayed in touch with my tenant and me. They came when they said they would and they were very helpful to my tenant.
