I am extremely happy living at Windscape Apartments. It is a quiet, family friendly property. The new management and maintenance staff are very friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful. Every time I have called in a work order it has been done almost immediately and to satisfaction. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone.
All of the staff are extremely nice and they do their best to accomidate every tenants needs.
I know everyone misses Diane and Lonnie. I do too! But give new management a chance. The new manager seems very nice and is very helpful when I call or go in the office for something. Maintenance has definatley gone downhill though, I admit that. Maybe people are just bitter because they are getting rid of the problem tenants.
The assigned parking spot they give you is not very accommodating. From what I have heard, many of the current residents are upset about the parking as well. So basically no visitor parking if the residents use those to park closer to thier apartment - which many are doing!. I found another complex up the road that does except pets (dogs too) and parking is lenient. You can choose an open spot...
That last review titled "Don't Rent Here" is almost comical. Who turns their AC to 65 degrees? What AC wouldn't freeze up at that demand????? What a brainiac that person is.
Our homes offer 1 exterior storage closet and up to 5 interior closets. The kitchens are designed for ample storage space and have 6 drawers and 18 cabinets!
