After initial issues with installation of four above ground basement windows that were undersized for the openings, the company agreed to replace all four windows of the proper size. I think the measurements might have been made for window inserts rather than full-frame windows, which is what I ordered. The new, larger windows have now been installed by Jason, whom I was told is their best window installer. I am very pleased with the new windows, the expert installation, and the fact that the company was agreeable to make the situation right.

Window World’s work is sloppy. We contracted with them in the fall of 2012 for siding, windows and roof. What should have been a 2 month job was a two year job and we continue to have issues. I spoke to Brad in October for my 4th and final window quote and his was by far the lowest. I had him over on Jan. 2 to freeze my price and to make time for installation. I was called last week on 3/11/15 for installation on 3/18. They gave 3 days to do the job and it was finished in 1. I could not even tell that the installers were there, that's how clean they left the inside and outside of my home. I am very happy with the windows and the way they look. Those I spoke to were very professional, knowledgable and very friendly and I do not hesitate to recommend this company. 5 stars...
