12 windows were installed 3 weeks ago. installers were courteous and provided quality workmanship. I have not had any experience with customer at this time.

I really liked Window Systems..with lifetime warranty..but better READ the fine print!..The window is covered but NOT the wood casing on Bay Windows! Been waiting for a Part for 7 months...I spent thousands with this company.
