Pete and Cindy, are the owners, a small family run cafe. burgers are huge, food is always good. friendly conversation, Cindy interacts nicely with all the customers. Pete cooks along with their sons, just a nice place to go eat and feel right at home, even the other regular customers are nice. my wife and i, love going there.

Used a coupon for breakfast but won't return

We will not return here as we felt it was lacking in the cleanliness area. Breakfast was good and quite reasonably-priced but the tablecloth was very sticky. Wait staff not friendly either.

The Windmeal Inn is a cute little storefront in a Tudor-styled mall decorated with kitschy pictures, plaques and sayings. We found it through an online search of brunch places in New Port Richey. I frequent several restaurants in NPR for breakfast, the Windmeal is one of my top picks. My family has been eating there since Pete and Cindy opened the place. It's family run by people who care about what they're doing. You'll instantly feel very comfortable among the kitschy decor and home cooked goodness.
