Windkist Equestrian Centre is the definition of animal neglect. Horses are often without water and without food, when they are fed, it is absolutely minimal. Even boarders go without food. Windkist Equestrian Centre sprawls across 20 acres bordering Harold Parker State Forest. The staff provides a safe environment for riders of all ages and levels.
