The location is brilliant and superb for family,friends and roomies.Whatever your need: Movies ,a park,workout,metro, restaurants all in walking distance to sooth the soul. The Apartment complex is clean,approachable and affordable for all. Enjoy a little R and R but feel chic in the neighborhood.

In the heart of the North Hollywood Arts District, Windfaire Apartments is walking distance to literally everything you need: gym, coffee, Starbucks, Ralph's and some cool bars. The building itself is nice for the price you pay. I did my research and it's definitely one of the cheapest places in the area. No complaints with Maintenance or Building Manager. Great building and great location. I use the metro line where I want to shoot out to Hollywood, and I love theaters and art galleries walking distance from my apartment. A plus about the building is the maintenance team. Expectionally friendly and the current property manager is on top of things. Parking can be a little tricky but overall, the price of rent is worth the service and apartment.

I loved living here... the apt manager was always super friendly and organized. I liked the under ground parking and thought there was great security for the building.. Also, loved tanning on the roof top.. I cant think of any compliants..

Our 2 bed 2 bath was really spacious and its a dual master on opposing sides of the unit. Living room in the middle. Definitely important for the nights girlfriends stay over you know what i mean lol carpet and hallways were tired as hell but I think they renovated it since I last was there. I know a lot of actor friends that stay there now. Id recommend it.
