Just had a repair on our Wind River spa after almost 7 years without an issue. I have to say that Tim the repair technician was amazing! He had the tub open and assessed the issue in half a minute. He then quickly and I mean quickly repaired the tub and was there less than 45 minutes. These tubs are amazing and the service if every needed was the same. Thanks so much for a wonderful product.

We had to replace our existing spa, so based on previous experience with Wind River Spa, we went back to them. Our second experience with them was just a pleasant and responsive as our first.
