The two running lights on my old car were not working. When I entered the store I was greeted by friendly employees eager to help. Jason came out with me to look at my car to see exactly what was wrong. He opened the hood and went back to get a phillips screwdriver. At first he couldn't remove the case cover and wanted to be sure he did it correctly without damaging it so he went back in and checked the computer for a diagnostic.
