Fantastic people

Five of us traveling on motorcycles stayed the night. They treated us like kings. A heavenly place in the middle of nowhere!
Excellent accommodations and the people were very friendly. Would go there anytime.

Willow Spring B & B is in a Victorian building set down in the vast spaces of the San Luis Valley. The common spaces & rooms are decorated with antiques, beautiful quilts & exquisite art. We hoped this B & B would be the nice place we'd come back to year after year, but no, this isn't the place. It's frankly a bit creepy.
The front room was an odd mix of antiques along with an empty curio cabinet and a small couch that looked stained. Our room had a sink with a shelf installed...

We drove down from Denver to see the Sand Dunes and stayed at the Willow Spring Bed and Breakfast. It was great and the proprietors were very warm and inviting.

Some extended family and I stayed at the Willow Spring a few weeks ago.
Pluses: Lovely historic building; relaxing and nicely decorated rooms; sink in each room; 3 sitting rooms plus great porch; friendly proprietors; very dark outside at night for great star watching; nice distance to Great Sand Dunes; yummy breakfast.
