Friendly doctor and staff, but I can't say I would recommend him. He performed a total of 3 double eyelid surgeries on me and the results were very poor. I ended up with less than 1 mm crease and tons of scarring. He performed his first surgery on me in 2015. It's 2018 and I still suffer from noticeable scarring. I had a drooping eyelid caused by an eye doctor's treatment for a stye...Dr. Willoughby was amazing in fixing that. You can't even tell I ever had a problem or surgery. He is thoughtful, patient and thorough. Highly recommend.
