Dr. Sandefur and his staff are outstanding, compassionate, and caring. I am grateful, not that I have cancer, but that I am under their excellent, kind care. Dr. Sandefur answers questions and explains issues using plain English rather than "doctor" and he is not satisfied until the patient is comfortable.

Dr. Mateja has been our family doctor since moving here 11 years ago. He is an excellent physician who is caring and compassionate. He readily refers to a specialty doctor when the situation calls. His staff knows their business and have remained with him ever since we began going to him. This provides for great continuity of care. They are, indeed, team care providers.

Do NOT go to this practice if you suspect your child may have Lyme disease. We were told "there is no Lyme in the area" and pushed off to rheumtology. Thankfully I grew up in CT and knew a little about Lyme. We have had 6 confirmed cases on our street (4 canine 2 human)in Clarence, call the health dept if you like. I met another local mom who had the EXACT same experience with this practice....

Dr. Siapno is great. She listens and then works hard to answer all of my questions and find a solution. She researches information and prints it out so that I can leave with information that I can read and do further research on. She seems to really care and extend herself on behalf of her patients. I would definitely recommend her.
