I have no complaints regarding Dr. Keating, however the staff in the reception area lacks a lot. Scheduling appointments when the doctors are at lunch is completely uncalled for. I have waited 1 hour in the waiting area and an additional 30 minutes in the exam room.

They need to learn how to schedule appointments so the wait time is not as long. Needs a good manager.

Great doctor and seems to be a knowledgable and well practiced provider. However, they are extremely slow. I have never been seen there without waiting at least one hour in the lobby. Some times I have even waited 2.5 hours after my appointment time.

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The Physician Assistant seems as if she just graduated from med school and not very knowledgeable. If you need/want to see a real doctor, forget it. They also make you take extra blood tests you don't need constantly, in order to charge your insurance. Dr. Keating is an excellent doctor with the best 'bedside manners' I've ever seen. He's very popular so book advance. And usually for him expect to wait in the waiting room a while; bring a book?
