The rent is typical for the DC area (~$2000/month). The apartments are very nice. The maintenance is performed promptly and well done. The staff are friendly and courteous. moved here for a smaller size apartment and cheaper price .generally speaking building always clean parking is huge and the only down side is the half if not three third of the residents are kids :) so imagine the sound of the hallways on daily basis ..

I have lived at Wildwood Apartments for the last 2 years and I love living there . The Building is well kept and the Staff is excellent. The Property is well maintain. I would highly recommend this bulding plus it is 5 minutes from my job. Love it.
